“To uplift and support underserved communities by providing thoughtful, essential, and seasonal baskets to individuals and families in need—spreading care, comfort, and connection one basket at a time.”
Chartered Moments is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Its mission is to provide thoughtfully curated
baskets filled with essentials, encouragement, and love to individuals in need—including college
students, families facing hardship, and special education students—especially during holidays
and transitional times.
WHAT WE DO
Today, Chartered Moments serves communities across Georgia, Texas, and surrounding areas. We deliver baskets filled with hygiene items, food, school supplies, heartfelt encouragement, and more. Each one is created with intention to:
- Support college students away from home
- Uplift families facing economic hardship
- Empower special education students during transitions
- Spark joy during holidays and milestones
Our baskets are more than supplies—they’re symbols of hope, connection, and community.
